2.4.  main pneumatic components adopt Japan SMC electromagnetic valve , voltage 24 V ;

2.5. approach switch using Japan Omron,fit with FDSφ125×125-50 stretching cylinder.

2.6. sheet sending device using 2.2 KW reducer motor, Schneider 5.5 kw inverter for speed control fit with rotary encoder

2.7. sheet sending chain using completed-closing structure with cooling device. lubricating system using auto-timing and auto-ration lubricating device.

2.8. Heating system using stainless steel 10 X 8 up and 10 X 7 down heating furnace,18 section of temperature control. Fit with joint venture heater band

2.9 mould closing system compose by 2 main guiding pillar and 4 auxiliary pillar which equip with buffering device.
