1          Sheet sending machine

1.1.     Equip with electro-elevating device

2          Forming machine

2.1      Standard square-tube stand 100×100,steel mould table, fixed upper mold table, middle mould table micro regulating system.

2.2      Mould table opening and closing control by  hydraulic system .Adopt YUKEN hydraulic electromagnetic valve ,hydraulic oil pump and oil cooler are all china brand

2.3      Main machine are SIEMENS 11kw(Y160L-6.950r/min) motor.

2.4      Main pneumatic components adopt Japan SMC electromagnetic valve , voltage 24 V

2.5      Sheet sending device adopt reducer which equip with 2.2 KW gear motor fit with 5.5KW Schneider Inverter

2.6      Lubricating system adopt auto timing and auto ration lubricating device.

2.7      Stretch adopt 160×160 Cylinder(Airtac)

2.8      Track adopt totally enclosed structure also equip with built-in cooling device .

2.9      Heating system adopt top stainless steel heating furnace and bottom stainless steel heating furnace. Top 11 section, Bottom 11 section, total 11 section parallel connection control.

2.10    Heating furnace with probe equip with (240*60mm) Germany heater

2.11    Heating furnace without probe equip with (240*60mm) Chinese joint-venture.

2.12    Mould closing system compose by 4 main guiding pillar. The moldboard made of ductile cast iron

3          Sheet clippings rewinder

3.1       Rewinding motor on machine 1 sets

4.1       11 section temperature control;

4.2       Japan FUJI Temperature meter, pressure regulating module fit with BEIJING LINGTONG.

4.3       10.4 inch touch screen, PLC adopt Simens;

4.4       Switch and breaker are adopt TCL, Button and contactor are adopt Schneider .

4.5       The approach switch and auxiliary relay adopt Japan OMRON.
