1.       The machine was equipped two sets of plastic extruders

1.The diameter of a screw is φ85mm and the length diameter ratio is 28:1 (supply the PE in the middle layer )

2.The diameter of a screw is φ75mm and the length diameter raito is 28:1(supply the PP in the inner outer layer)

Preheat the tube film ,then heat it , six segments of heating boxes control

Blow and stretch the film bubble , stabilize the film bubble device .

Regulate the bulk of diameter and setting roll annulets at the four layer .One upper wind-ring, one nether cooling wind-ring

5.       Film rotary furling table

180°rotary collecting film device ,conduction roll canister wheel adopts hard aluminium alloy

material quality ,deploy two stability heating roll canisters
